Serves as the executive director for the National Dart Association. In the past 25 years, she has worked with a variety of associations including professional, philanthropic, educational and trade.

Has been awarded Indiana Society of Association Executives's (ISAE) Staff Professionalism Award, Volunteer of the Year and the Association Executive of the Year honors.

Also served as the chair of the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) CAE Commission and was honored as an ASAE Fellow for her contributions to the profession.

Outside of work, she is the proud "mom" of her two cocker spaniels and has a great fondness for a Hoosier brand of purse.
