Thank you for your interest in Knowing the Rules. This 20-question, multiple choice test will determine if you Know the Rules of soft-tip electronic darting. It is based on the NDA Official Rules of Play, which can be found here or purchased from the NDA.

  • The Know the Rules test is OPEN BOOK. Click here to see the rules
  • The test fee is $10 for NDA-sanctioned players and $25 for non-sanctioned players.
  • Your test results will be available immediately if you choose to take the online version of the Know the Rules test.
  • When you pass the test, you will receive the following:
      • A personalized NDA Know the Rules certificate.

    • A Know the Rules recognition pin to distinguish you    from other electronic dart enthusiasts.
  • In two years, you will be asked to retake the test so you stay up-to-date on the NDA Official Rules of Play. Successful completion of the Know the Rules test is also required for the NDA Certified Referee Program.
