The NDA elected three new board directors during the Annual Meeting at League SMART in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Newly elected directors for 2011 include Maggie Jones, Patty Salisbury and Chris Warren.
Jones is the Dart League Coordinator for Blackhawk Music Company in Sterling, Illinois. Jones has planned many Blackhawk city tournaments and has been involved in putting together several dart "poker runs." She has volunteered at the Illinois Team Pool and Dart Association (ILTPDA) Tournament and for the NDA’s Team Dart. Jones works each year with various charities including Make Teal Real Inc., where she helped raise $45,000 for ovarian cancer research within the past four years.
Salisbury has been in the music and game industry for 15 years. She is currently the Dart League Coordinator for Williams Enterprises/J&J Ventures. Salisbury is involved at the state, local and national level as she assists and participates in the annual Illinois Coin Machine Operators Association (ICMOA) Tournament, ILTPDA Tournament and Team Dart.
Warren is the manager at Century Gaming in Helena, Montana. He has been in the music and gaming industry for 29 years. Warren is the current president of the NDA, past president of the Montana State Association and past president of the Amusement and Music Operators Association (AMOA). Warren is involved in different veteran and fraternal organizations and very involved with his granddaughters.
Jones, Salisbury and Warren will begin their board duties on January 1, 2011. Their terms expire in January 2014.
The NDA board of directors elected new officers for the 2011 term. Maggie Jones will serve as president, Marcia Petersen as vice president and Judy Mehle as secretary/treasurer.
